PAYMENT:

Please pay in full to our driver when he drops off the castle. If payment cannot be made when we drop off, we will be unable to leave the castle. If you will be collecting, payment needs to be paid on or before collection of the product by the hirer. If doing an EFT, funds must reflect in our account BEFORE we can release the goods. If the Customer will be collecting, a copy of his or her ID/Driver’s licence will be required prior to function.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The following information is to protect our Jumping castles, Soft Plays, Chairs and tables and to help us with our deliveries, ensuring that we get to your party (and the next) on time with a clean equipment. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring any of our equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are strictly followed:

1. All equipment is checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the inflatable as being in good & clean condition.
2. The hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the jumping castle and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return. Jumping Castle being kept overnight must be locked away to avoid theft. A charge for any missing items will be made.
3. Jumping castles, soft plays, kids chairs and tables are strictly for children. Under no circumstances should adults enter onto the inflatable as this may result in damage.
4. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string must be used near or on the jumping Castle or soft plays, as they make a terrible mess and permanently stain the jumping castle. You the hirer will be billed for the necessary repair work.
5. Ensure that the jumping castle or soft plays are not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using them. If the children are colliding into each other then it is overcrowded. Try to avoid large children and small children from using the jumping castle at the same time. Some children always require strict supervision.
6. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be consumed on the jumping castle and no smoking near or on the jumping castle also. All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earring’s, necklaces etc.) must be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the jumping castle or other items. Any damage to any of our equipment from failure to follow this rule will incur a damage charge.
7) An adult or responsible person assigned by the hirer must always supervise the jumping castle. An adult MUST ALSO supervise the set up and take down of the jumping castle.
8) Children MUST never be pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to cause injury or cause distress to others.
9) No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the jumping castle or soft plays at any time. Any damage to the jumping castle or soft plays from failure to follow this rule will incur a damage charge.
10) Absolutely no one is to be on the jumping castle equipment during INFLATION or DEFLATION as this is DANGEROUS.
11) Children MUST NOT attempt somersaults or any other acrobatics, and must be clothed appropriately, with nothing being able to fall out of their pockets.
12) In the event that the blower stops working, all users MUST get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately with a phone call.
13) In the event of rain the jumping castle must be deflated. Using the jumping castle during a rainstorm is unsafe and NOT permitted. The blower MUST be stored in a dry place during rainstorms. Failure to unplug the blower during a rainstorm could possibly result in electric shock by participants. The jumping castle will become VERY slippery during rainstorms and is NOT safe for jumping or playing on. Failure to follow these rules could result in serious injury.
14) The unit MUST NEVER be dragged over on rough surfaces (eg: asphalt, concrete, gravel, or any other rough surface). You MUST check the area where the castle is to be set up beforehand. Anything that could puncture or damage the inflatable MUST be removed from the area. Failure to follow this rule will result in damage to the unit and a damage penalty will be incurred.
15) Failure to return the inflatable by the scheduled time (Applies to customer pick up/drop off option) will result in a full day rental fee being deducted from the renter’s security deposit. Equipment MUST be cleaned, dried, and have NO DAMAGE upon return.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

1) This rental equipment(s) has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition. I have been informed of the safety instructions, how to properly inflate and deflate the unit, what to do in case of unit/blower failure or any other malfunctions, the risks with using this unit, and the additional charges that will be incurred at the renter’s expense if the unit is returned damaged or dirty.
2) Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to release Jump & Bounce Jumping Castles from liability for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. The person / organization hiring the equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using our equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Jump & Bounce cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
3) Customer/Organization agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location, other than their home or event location, unless authorised by Jump & Bounce Jumping Castles.
4) Customer/Organization agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.
5) If the hired equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the hirer agrees to pay the full selling price per unit. The Selling price per unit MUST be paid immediately.
6) The person/s or organization renting this Equipment from Jump & Bounce Jumping Castles will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.
I understand that Jump & Bounce Jumping Castles holds the incontestable, legal right to declare and pursue what is considered damage to the inflatables, and what amount will I will be charged.
I understand that I will be responsible for any damages due to negligence on the part of the renter.
